Wanted to explore Tashkent and this hotel was great place for doing it. It was good to have a handy kitchenette along with a microwave oven, an electric kettle and glassware.

Spent New Year's Eve at a hotel in Tashkent and had a blast! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the comfy rooms and stunning decorations. The breakfast buffets were amazing, and we loved hanging out in the courtyard, which had cool sitting areas and a little gym. Plus, the hotel's location couldn't be beat - it was walking distance from a fantastic restaurant and some grocery stores.

While we had a great time overall, there were a few small snags that detracted a bit from the experience. Our room wasn't quite ready when we arrived, and we had some trouble with the bathroom and temperature controls.

The impeccable service here really stood out, elevating our stay to a luxurious level. The Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. We also enjoyed the private facilities, complete with in-room breakfast. The location advantages were great, with easy access to nearby grocery stores and unique restaurants.

While this hotel exceeded all our expectations, we felt the Turkish bath could have been cleaner. However, this is a minor issue only and did not detract from the overall experience.

The bathroom was kinda broken, and the temperature of the room was too high. The staff had to check two times before finally fixing it.
